Education: Secondary education or equivalent
Experience: One (1) year of general clerical experience and One (1) year of customer contact experience
Act as a direct point of contact for customers from the US market via calls and emails, providing guidance on clearance instructions, delivery-related issues, handling paperwork requests, as well as addressing exceptions, inquiries, and feedback on shipment clearance matters.
