Responsibilities - Prepare and organize legal conveyancing documentation accurately for real estate transactions
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, lawyers, and other parties involved in conveyancing matters
- Manage and maintain detailed files and records related to conveyancing cases
- Monitor progress and take ownership to ensure timely and smooth completion of conveyancing transactions
- Provide administrative support to the Conveyancing Department to facilitate daily operations
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor to support team objectives
