Job Title: Clerk Of Works (Mechanical)
Location: Steelpoort
Job Type: 12 month contract, expected to work Full-Time hours (Onsite)
Job Duties:
• Site Inspection and Quality Control
o Inspect construction work daily to ensure workmanship meets required standards.
o Verify that materials used on site comply with specifications and approved standards.
o Identify defects, poor workmanship, or non-compliant work.
o Ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Monitoring Construction Progress
o Track project progress against the programme and milestones.
o Report delays or issues affecting progress.
o Attend site meetings and provide progress feedback to the client or project team.
• Compliance Verification
o Ensure work complies with: Ø Approved drawings Ø Technical specifications Ø Building regulations Ø Health and safety standards Ø Environmental requirements
