**岗位目标** :

负责整个液压工厂的相关数据统计收集工作,信息传达沟通，以及文化宣传；协助经理做好会议记录,部门内部文件归档; 支持液压工厂的相关合规审查，成本报告以及访客安排；以及开展跨部门的支持协调工作。

**岗位职责** **:**

1、负责收集液压工厂相关的数据如安全发现，质量问题，每天的产出以及相关的RCCA；

2、负责液压工厂的信息沟通，传递和跟踪公司新的政策以及事项的完成程度；

3、负责液压工厂文化的宣导，管理好液压工厂Yammer并收集新闻故事；

4、负责管理和安排液压工厂级会议，并做好会议记录以及跟踪会议安排事项；

5、支持液压工厂相关合规审查如合同管理，信息安全管理，加班考勤审核等；

6、负责液压工厂各部门每月绩效收集；
