ASSISTANT - WAREHOUSE (RECEIVING) (EG04)

Job Purpose

Responsible for supporting daily inbound operations by verifying deliveries, processing documentation, performing weighing activities, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with relevant departments, and ensuring smooth workflow and compliance within the receiving area.

Responsibilities

• 1. Receive and verify items against Delivery Orders and system records.
• 2. Track and maintain daily records of all incoming materials.
• 3. Process inbound deliveries, including regular deliveries, service jobs, and Project Team inbound, and prepare monthly scrap disposal reports.
• 4. Handle documentation for Accounts and maintain proper filing systems.
• 5. Conduct weighing activities for containers, disposal items, chemicals, and packaging materials.
