Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients with a professional, personalized approach to create a luxury shopping experience.
  • Provide expert product knowledge and styling recommendations tailored to client needs.
  • Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and achieving individual targets.
  • Build and maintain a client book, conducting follow-ups and organizing appointments and events.
  • Process transactions, manage POS operations, support inventory replenishment, and assist with visual merchandising.
