If you are a Registered Nurse looking for a flexible and rewarding role, Home Instead is seeking an RN to support weekend virtual coverage across multiple office locations, with a focus on timely client assessments and care coordination. This role is primarily virtual and plays a critical part in ensuring seamless weekend intake, assessment, and care set‑up. There is also flexibility for additional weekday evening coverage based on operational need and interest.

Responsibilities

• Determine appropriateness for virtual vs. in‑person assessments, conduct virtual care consultations.
• Collaborate closely with weekend service coordinators and on‑call teams to initiate services and ensure timely care set‑up.
• Develop initial care plans ensuring quality care and client satisfaction.
