We are looking for a proactive and well-spoken Client Engagement & Admin Coordinator to join our growing team.
This role combines customer follow-up, administrative support, and process coordination. You will primarily conduct warm outreach to existing customers who have already purchased services or credits, ensuring they make full use of them while maintaining a positive customer experience.
The role also includes general administrative support, tracking activity, maintaining organized records, and helping improve internal processes and systems.
This position will begin as a part-time role (4β5 hours per day) with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position based on performance and capability.
