As a Client-Facing Technical Support Representative, you will foster strong client relationships, ensuring a consistently outstanding experience. Acting as a knowledgeable representative of CIO Technical Operations, you’ll demonstrate a deep understanding of its services across both the CIO and Kyndryl organizations. You’ll also coordinate seamlessly between on-site and remote technical teams to ensure smooth collaboration and integration across all support functions.
