Expand the client base business through cold calling and tenders
Maintain and build strong relationships with new and existing clients by understanding their business, unique needs, and goals
Communicate effectively with clients and proactively meet or exceed their service expectations to ensure satisfaction
Attend to and follow up on client requests, queries, and feedback
Assist in the preparation of quotations, proposals, and presentations to clients
Perform administrative duties to support ad‑hoc marketing projects
Job Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant fields
Preferably 3 years of relevant working experience in the energy/utilities industry; more experienced candidates may be considered for Senior Executive positions
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self‑motivated and a good team player
