Key Responsibilities - Identify and develop new business opportunities by building strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Engage with clients to understand their business needs and propose tailored solutions that drive growth and satisfaction
- Manage the full client lifecycle from initial outreach and onboarding through to long-term relationship management
- Monitor client satisfaction levels and proactively address concerns to ensure consistently high service standards
- Prepare client proposals, presentations, and reports to support business development and engagement activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of client solutions and service commitments
