This role sits within ManpowerGroup Singapore and is focused on one thing: winning new clients .
You will build revenue pipelines from scratch through proactive outreach, prospecting, and market engagement across the Singapore market.
The focus is on new business and new logos — and to own and grow the accounts you win.
What you’ll do
- Identify and engage companies we are not currently working with
- Build a pipeline through cold outreach, networking, and market activity
- Approach companies expanding or entering Singapore
- Start conversations with decision-makers (HR, TA, business leaders)
- Convert opportunities into active client engagements
- Own and develop client relationships post-win
