Responsibilities

As a Client Manager, you will own the relationship with clients, build networks, identify upsell opportunities, and create and manage account plans with junior team members. You will become an expert in the fast‑moving drinks sector, offer opinions, create compelling PR pieces and thought leadership, and support Business Development initiatives.

Key Outcomes

• Act as the key point of contact for a portfolio of clients, attending and maximizing on‑site days. Own all related client insight requests and project briefs, ensuring a high standard of written and presented content.
