This role will focus on ensuring a seamless and welcoming introduction for new clients, handling critical initial steps such as explaining the contract, managing down payments and retainers, and ensuring all required documents are in place. The Onboarding Coordinator will guide clients through the onboarding process, contributing to DYADlaw’s mission of providing life-changing legal services.
