Position Overview

This is a remote position.

Boogie Team is looking for a reliable, organized, and tech-savvy Client & Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day staffing operations, client communication, and virtual assistant management.

This role is ideal for someone who is trainable, detail-oriented, dependable, comfortable with technology, and able to stay organized while handling multiple tasks. The Client & Operations Coordinator will work closely with leadership to help manage client updates, support active virtual assistants, track important information in Zoho and other internal systems, and ensure tasks and follow-ups are handled accurately and on time.
