Toronto, ON | Hybrid (4x a week in office)

Base salary: $70,000-$80,000

The Opportunity

Our client, a growing and well-established investment management firm, is seeking a Client Operations Specialist to join their team. This role plays a critical part in supporting the full client lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution of account activity, operational accuracy, and regulatory compliance.

You will act as a key liaison across Client Relations, Portfolio Management, custodians, and internal teams, helping to deliver a high-touch client experience while maintaining strong operational controls.
