About the Role
We're looking for a Client Outreach Specialist who can consistently open doors with new brands and turn cold conversations into real client relationships. Someone who's comfortable reaching out, following up, and pitching without needing a script read to them — and who can represent the agency's work well in every interaction.
This role is suited to someone persistent, organized, and genuinely good at getting people to respond.
What You'll Be Working On
Identifying and building lists of potential clients that fit our agency's ideal profile
Reaching out via email, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate interest and book calls
Writing and refining outreach messages, follow-ups, and pitch decks
Managing a CRM/pipeline — tracking every lead from first contact to closed deal
Following up consistently without letting leads go cold
Coordinating with the founder/sales lead for discovery calls and proposals
