Position Overview

Job Description: β€’ Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries (phone, WhatsApp, email) β€’ Understand client needs and coordinate with the sales team β€’ Document client details, meeting notes, and order requirements β€’ Support with quotations, purchase orders, and other admin tasks β€’ Collaborate with sales, design, and production teams for smooth order processing β€’ Maintain accurate records of client interactions and communications β€’ Proactively address client concerns and ensure satisfaction Requirements: β€’ Bachelor degree in Business Management or Equivalent β€’ 1-2 years of experience in customer service or client support in a Business to Business and service-oriented environment β€’ Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both Arabic and English β€’ Strong organizational and documentation skills β€’ Ability to work collaboratively with the sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
