Position Overview
Job Description:
β’ Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries (phone, WhatsApp, email)
β’ Understand client needs and coordinate with the sales team
β’ Document client details, meeting notes, and order requirements
β’ Support with quotations, purchase orders, and other admin tasks
β’ Collaborate with sales, design, and production teams for smooth order processing
β’ Maintain accurate records of client interactions and communications
β’ Proactively address client concerns and ensure satisfaction
Requirements:
β’ Bachelor degree in Business Management or Equivalent
β’ 1-2 years of experience in customer service or client support in a Business to Business and service-oriented environment
β’ Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both Arabic and English
β’ Strong organizational and documentation skills
β’ Ability to work collaboratively with the sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
