Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid-4 days onsite and 1 day Remote)
Client Relationship Analyst, You will:
Request Handling (End-to-End Ownership):
Intake requests (often incomplete). Clarify missing details with clients/FA. Coordinate with other teams (Billing, Ops, New Accounts, etc.) for the rest. Follow through until confirmation is delivered back to client/FA.
Operational Projects: Support 3–4 special projects per year (likely process improvements, audits, or system rollouts).
Data Accuracy: Ensure precision in documents with 60–80 fields (high attention to detail required).
