We are seeking a highly professional and personable Client Relationship & Appointment Coordinator to support a busy mortgage professional. This role focuses on nurturing existing client relationships, conducting proactive outreach, identifying new opportunities, and booking qualified appointments.
The ideal candidate is confident speaking with clients, has excellent English communication skills, and enjoys building relationships over the phone. This is not a cold‑calling role. You will be contacting an existing database of clients to schedule annual mortgage reviews and uncover opportunities for additional mortgage and financial discussions.
