Job Description

As a Client Relationship Manager, Group Benefits & Retirement Solutions (Insurance), you will play a key role in strengthening client loyalty and ensuring an outstanding experience for our group insurance clients. You will collaborate closely with plan sponsors, administrators, and internal partners to support their evolving needs and promote the value of our solutions and services.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with plan sponsors and administrators.
• Act as dedicated point of contact and trusted advisor.
• Deliver training and ongoing support on products, tools, and services, ensuring an exceptional client experience.
