As a Client Relationship Manager, Group Savings and Retirement (Retirement) at iA Financial Group, you will play a key role in supporting plan sponsors and advisors while enhancing client satisfaction and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with plan sponsors and advisors as a trusted strategic partner and primary point of contact.
- Deliver training and support on products, tools, and services to help clients optimize group retirement programs.
- Identify client needs and recommend solutions that align with their objectives while respecting iA Financial Group’s service standards.
- Collaborate with internal partners, including Education and Sales teams, to enhance member engagement and support business development initiatives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the service model by sharing expertise, best practices, and industry knowledge with colleagues and stakeholders.
