We are looking for a proactive Client Relations Coordinator to manage new and existing client engagements, drive lead response, and nurture long-term partnerships across families, professionals, and corporate clients.
Responsibilities - Respond to new client inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and website forms.
- Qualify and follow up with new leads.
- Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems.
- Re‑activate previous clients and maintain long‑term relationships.
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and referral partners.
- Follow up on quotations, proposals, and ongoing recruitment assignments.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with families, professionals, and corporate clients.
- Coordinate closely with the recruitment team to ensure excellent client service.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals.
- Ensure no lead or inquiry is left unattended.
