• Identify, qualify, and build relationships with senior business leaders as potential clients through outbound calls, emails, social media, and other methods.
• Conduct competitor analysis to determine strategic market placement and effective communication approaches.
• Develop marketing strategies to promote BPO services and programs to targeted audiences.
