Key duties:

Processing customer requests
Data entry and record management
Investigating and updating customer information
Reconciling payments
Managing case administration and follow-up actions
Providing general administrative support The ideal candidate will have:

Previous administration experience
Strong IT skills
Excellent attention to detail
Good communication skills
