Position Overview

Become a key player in enhancing client relationships as a hybrid Client Service Specialist. Promote excellence in benefits administration and lead initiatives that improve client experiences and satisfaction.
In this role, you'll manage the entire client benefits administration experience for your assigned portfolio. Your responsibilities will include acting as the main point of contact for service issues, developing relationships with internal stakeholders, and driving initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency. You'll also handle incident resolution and contribute to process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct the benefits administration for clients
• Act as the primary service relationship manager
• Monitor and enhance client satisfaction and efficiencies
