The Sales Coverage Support Analyst works with the Sales team to support them in their client‑facing activities. The Analyst will not undertake any revenue‑generating activity but will analyse client and market data, create presentation material and facilitate interactions with new and existing clients to enable the Sales team to make efficient use of sales opportunities.
The role involves liaising with the client for account‑related activities, ensuring adherence to internal policies and external legal/regulatory frameworks, and providing fundamental support to the Group Heads, Team Heads and Relationship Managers. The Analyst serves as the primary point of contact for RM and client for all operational requests and works with cross‑border teams and the Investment Advisory Team to resolve issues promptly.
