Position Overview

Client Liaison:
β€’ Serve as clients' primary point of contact, providing proactive updates on shipment status and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
β€’ Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and personalised service.

Shipment Coordination & Documentation:
β€’ Oversee the complete shipment lifecycle from booking to final delivery.
β€’ Prepare, verify, and manage shipping documentation (e.g., air waybills, bills of lading, customs forms), ensuring accuracy and compliance with import/export regulations.


Operational Support:
β€’ Liaise with carriers, customs brokers, and internal teams (e.g., sales, operations) to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of shipments.
β€’ Coordinate problem resolution to handle delays, discrepancies, or unforeseen issues during transit.
