Position Overview

Key Accountabilities
  • Track & follow up on distributors’ response on the side letter.
  • Manage & close out the comments from distributors on the side letter along with other key internal stakeholders.
  • Liaise with vendor to set up the KPI &/ KYD questionnaire solution. Perform testing on solution. Implement the KPI &/KYD solution with vendor by the stipulated timeline.
  • Provide user training.
  • Provide regular progress updates to working group.
Role

In addition, it is expected that this role will also help out with any BAU tasks assigned from time to time in the following areas:

  • Client Take on, transition & termination
  • Client Reporting Governance
  • Maintenance and update of Legal documents
  • Client Queries and meetings
  • KYC Due Diligence
  • Others
