Description
Responsibilities • Manage incoming and outgoing client phone calls • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction • Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients through open and interactive communication • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the provided methods/tools • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and/or alternatives • Document and keep records of customer interactions • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies • Maintain sensitivity to confidential client information.
