Job Description
Under the supervision of the Client Services Team Leader this position is responsible for entering client and sample information into LIMS, preparing supplies and bottles requests for clients, and ensuring that projects are processed quickly and delivered on time to operations.
Receiving samples from clients at the counter directly or by courier deliverySorting samples and coolers and making note of any deficienciesUsing the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) to log-in the samples and generate labelsPreparing soils samples and rush projects to be processed by operationsForwarding feedback from clients and to the appropriate Project Manager.Discussing the project with the client to ensure clarity of the requirements, if necessary.Placing samples in the appropriate areas of the laboratory.Preparing bottles for client pick-up or shipping.Preparing samples for ...
