A qualified Client Servicing Executive required for an international advertising agency.

Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing creative briefs, in terms of information gathering, competitive analysis and market research.

Prepare targeted roll out plans for clients based on specific briefs, budgets and KPI’s.

Manage campaigns and day to day projects, ensuring optimization of content, media, and channels on an ongoing basis.

Assist in the preparation of client, campaign and project presentations.

Prepare and finalise post campaign project reports.

Support the account management team on day-to-day client liaison and related actions.

Requirements:

Previous experience within an advertising / marketing agency environment essential.

Proven ability in client relationship management is a pre-requisite.
