Position Overview
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Understand clients' business briefs & goals along with retainership of clients
Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution and quality delivery of events
Performance Tracking and Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive reports to clients, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement
Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve the desired output
Stakeholder Management and Operational Efficiency
Fluency with Excel- Cost sheets and P&Ls
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in client servicing, account management or a related role within the experiential marketing industry
Excellent communication, project management and presentation skills
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving in order to manage multiple projects
