Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship as the primary point of contact from kickoff to closeout
• Manage up to 20 concurrent technical engagements, coordinating engineering teams and AI delivery tools
• Run structured engagement cadences including discovery sessions, FRD reviews, UAT, and hypercare
• Enforce scope discipline and manage change requests to ensure project profitability
• Utilize AI tools like Claude to produce client‑facing artifacts and maintain project documentation
• Identify follow‑on projects and managed services opportunities within existing accounts

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in technical project management or client delivery at a software services or consulting firm
• Working knowledge of Salesforce and/or MuleSoft
• Proficiency using AI tools (Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, or similar) in daily workflows
