Position Overview

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of Digital Learning and Classroom Learning projects.
  • Coordinate with clients, trainers, instructional designers, developers, and internal teams.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.
  • Manage training logistics, deployment, and stakeholder communication.
  • Prepare project updates, MOMs, and status reports.
  • Use AI tools to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Drive client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
What We’re Looking For
  • 3–5 years of experience in Program Management, Learning Operations, Client Success, L&D, or Training Management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
