Your Role

• Lead and mentor a local team of Client Success professionals to ensure high performance and career growth.
• Drive operational excellence by overseeing service delivery and ensuring client satisfaction targets are met.
• Manage a portfolio of key accounts directly, acting as a senior point of contact for escalations.
• Monitor team KPIs and workload distribution to maintain service quality and efficiency.
• Facilitate regular team huddles and coaching sessions to align with client goals and company values.
