Description We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to support return mail processing for a Contract position based in West Henrietta, New York. In this role, you will manage incoming returned mail, update records accurately, and help ensure clients receive corrected outbound packages in a timely manner. The position requires strong organization, independent judgment, and a customer-focused approach when confirming address information and completing administrative support work.
Responsibilities:
β’ Receive and record returned mail each day, ensuring all items are accurately entered into the appropriate tracking systems.
β’ Prepare replacement mailings and coordinate outgoing packages so corrected materials are sent promptly.
