Position Overview
Elevate client technology services as the Client Technology and Service Delivery Lead at the University of Toronto. Lead initiatives to enhance service delivery while supporting optimal user experiences across all platforms.
In this critical role reporting to the Manager of Client Services, you will leverage over five years of IT experience to improve client technology environments. Your expertise in endpoint management, IT service management, and technical leadership will optimize workflows and drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery and support for teaching and research.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead technology service delivery improvements and workflow design
• Coordinate technical support staff and resolve escalations
• Monitor service performance using key performance indicators
• Optimize client technology environments, including deployment
