We are seeking an experiencedMedical Administrator to join a busy private medical clinic in Remuera for a6-week temporary assignment . This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a professional healthcare environment and can hit the ground running.

• Monday to Friday
• 32.5 hours per week

About the Role

As the first point of contact for patients, you will provide exceptional administrative support and help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the clinic.

Key responsibilities include:

• Scheduling and managing patient appointments using Cliniko
• Responding to patient enquiries via phone and email
• Welcoming patients and providing excellent customer service
• Maintaining accurate patient records
• General administrative and reception support
• Assisting with other office duties as required
