Roles & Responsibilities - Responsible for clinical front desk, administration & operational duties at assigned clinic(s)
- Assist Doctor / Physical Therapist in patient flow
- Schedule planning & bookings; responding to enquiries on telephone / whatsapp msg
- Educating potential patients on our services and packages
- Maintain and update client database & documentation
- Management of invoice, payments & daily sales report
- Participate in corporate events and/or in-clinic activities (if required)
- Ad-hoc duties (related to work) assigned by the management
