Minimum Requirements

Essential:

Grade 12/ Matric Certificate or Diploma in Phlebotomy or related health care field Minimum of 2 – 5 years’ experience in a private clinic or primary healthcare setting Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems Basic life support (BLS) or first aid certification Proven competency in venipuncture and capillary blood collection Computer literate – MS Office Willing and able to work retail hours Job Description Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection following established protocols. Label, handle, store, and prepare specimens for laboratory analysis accurately. Ensure proper documentation and tracking of collected specimens. Maintain patient comfort and safety during all procedures.
