Key Performance Areas & Accountabilities Patient Experience & Co-ordination - Seamless Hosting: Championing front-line patient registration, responsive appointment scheduling, and accurate billing or payment processing.
- Journey Management: Tracking investigation results proactively and contacting patients to coordinate continuous follow-up care.
- Inquiry Resolution: Managing the clinic inbox and promptly answering patient emails or routine inquiries with clarity.
- Integrated Care: Mapping external clinic referrals and booking required laboratory or radiology investigations seamlessly.
