We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Clinic Operations Coordinator to join our Allied Health Clinic team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced operations professional to play a pivotal role in supporting the administrative, financial, and systems-based functions that underpin the effective delivery of clinical services and student placement programs.

Reporting to the Manager, Allied Health Clinic, you will work closely with clinic administration staff, clinicians, academics, and university stakeholders to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the clinic.

You will contribute to maintaining a sustainable and well-functioning clinical environment through process improvement, systems optimisation, financial administration, reporting, and operational support.
