Role Summary

The Clinical Application Support Specialist supports the implementation of Care On across Netcare hospitals, facilitating adoption and daily operational use. The role provides operational support primarily to Nursing and Pharmacy end‑users, improving efficiency and quality of clinical patient care.

Key Responsibilities Provide user guidance and support during all system changes, especially for the Care On project. Communicate EMR project information to end‑users and resolve queries within the agreed Service Level Agreement. Escalate unresolved issues to third‑party support and ensure continuous follow‑up until resolution. Analyse clinical workflows, identify improvement opportunities and communicate potential enhancements to management. Schedule and conduct teleconference calls and in‑person meetings with relevant stakeholders to resolve outstanding issues.
