Job Summary: The Pediatric Palliative Care team, CHOICES team and Department of Pediatrics at upstate Golisano Children's Hospital in Syracuse, New York invites applicants for a full-time pediatric palliative care physician with high prospects for future leadership/directorship to join our division. The successful candidate will be expected to see patients in the inpatient, outpatient, and home settings. The CHOICES team provides services for patients with serious, life-threatening, and/or complex chronic medical conditions from the perinatal period through adolescence/young adulthood. Candidates must have exemplary communication skills, thrive in an interdisciplinary team environment and are as strong ambassador for palliative medicine.
