We are currently seeking a*Clinical Care Supervisor *to join our Pediatrics leadership team. This is a part-time, benefit earning role working Days and will primarily work on-site.
*Purpose of this position:*Under the direction of the Nurse Manager or Director and in collaboration with others, the Clinical Care Supervisor may be responsible for the day-to-day unit operations, clinical care, and / or education processes for the unit/department. Duties may include staff supervision, patient flow, staff education, orientation and competency assessment, clinical care excellence, financial stewardship, performance improvement, coordination of patient care and safety, and serving in the Charge Nurse role.
