About the Role

• This is a permanent part-time Clinical Coach (Peri-operative — Scrub/Scout, 0.8 FTE) role at based at St Vincent's Private Hospital Fitzroy

What you'll be doing

• Inspire and support a diverse mix of learners, from enrolled and registered nurse graduates through to postgraduate students
• Lead competency assessments and keep our standards sharp
• Spot learning gaps and build creative solutions
• Design and run targeted in-service sessions to meet the needs of peri-operative nursing
• Champion a culture of professionalism, collaboration, and continuous improvement
