Job Description The standardised classification and grouping of healthcare data which reflects the complete clinical picture of the patients not only contributes to hospital operational and subvention forecasts, but also allows clinicians to better plan the care of future patients with similar conditions.
Responsibilities - Translating patients’ medical diagnoses, operations and procedures into international classification alphanumeric codes.
- Ensuring the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the coding.
- Assisting with the auditing of the medical records which involves checking on the accuracy of the codes assigned.
- Working closely with the clinicians to address coding issues.
Working Hours - Mon to Fri. From: 8.30am to 6pm
