Position Overview

Clinical Consultant – JnJ Medtech Electrophysiology Finland. Responsible for providing expert technical and product advice, assistance, and training to physicians, EP lab staff, technicians, and administrators regarding all aspects of JnJ systems and catheter equipment with the highest level of professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert in providing clinical support and training to customers to ensure good technology adoption during procedures performed with JnJ products, driving collaboration while maintaining consistent and open lines of communication with all team members both internally and externally, locally and internationally.
• Identify customer needs, create awareness of JnJ products and solutions, seek sales opportunities, drive business objectives, and facilitate contact between the Sales Manager and key decision‑makers.
