The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for maintaining clinical practice standards, utilizing and
promoting evidence based practice and guiding the VNA interdisciplinary team. Acts as a staff
resource and liaison to facilitate staff development. Works collaboratively with Patient Care
Manager to maintain standards of professional nursing practice.
